We offer free no obligation quotes, we understand that equity release is suitable for some customers immediately where as others it may be more appropriate in another few years and for some it is not right at all, we give you all the information you need to make an informed choice and then it is up to you.

Most of the interviews are conducted over the phone as we feels that this puts less pressure and give you and your family time to digest the information before we contact you again normally the following week but longer if necessary to go through the plan to make sure you understand it and answer any questions.

Our advice fee is highly competitive and a typical fee of £495 is paid on completion and we then get paid commission by the lender. We also offer a fee only option where you will pay a minimum of £1200 or 2.5% of the loan and the commission paid by the lender is then refunded back to you. You choose how we get paid.
